In the other direction there's Los Gigantes to explore, with its various sightseeing spots and local amenities. Having said that, Playa Paraiso does have a small selection of good bars and restaurants. So there's always a sunny dining spot with your name on it. Plus, there are a few shops and banks on hand for those holiday essentials. The resort's compact size is perhaps what makes it so appealing - with no hustle and bustle to speak of, life stays firmly in the slow lane. But the main attraction is the lido right on the sea - much easier on the toes than the small rocky beach. You'll spend many a day here, stretched out in the sun without a care in the world.
