This apartment has a 1 bedroom on the first floor looking out over the pool of Prestige.

Walking in through the front door you are straight into a seating area with a sofa, flat screen TV,

A patio door opens onto a small terrace where you can sit and take meals overlooking the pool.

Off the living area there is a self-contained kitchen area with all the usual amenities (Oven, hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, cutlery and crockery). The bedroom is in its own room and contains two single beds.

There is a small patio window overlooking the cobbled street. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with a combination bath and shower, a lavatory and also a basin with a mirror. A further staircase leads off the terrace up to a private roof terrace overlooking the pool.

Old Village Prestige is the new addition to the Old Village and sits next door to it. Within the grounds of Prestige there is a pool and areas to sunbathe. Each property is privately owned and individually furnished.

It is nestled in the centre of the Pinhal Golf Course in Vilamoura. It is within walking distance of all other amenities, including tennis (14 courts), a church, a Medical Centre, restaurants, bars, night clubs and disco, a casino, supermarkets, shops, banks, a post office, the marina and the magnificent EEC blue flag Falesia beach which stretches for miles.

If you don't feel like walking, then there is a regular tourist shuttle train that connects the village to the main parts of Vilamoura and there is also a paid for shuttle service available.

For those of you that are keen golfers there are many good courses, some championship, within Vilamoura itself and many more along the coast.

The village itself is fully pedestrianised with cobbled streets running through the wonderfully kept gardens. On site there are many bars, restaurants, an ATM and a supermarket offering all the basic items.
