The villa is surrounded by high walls and a security gate opens into a large driveway with gardens to the right and a small fountain to the left at the back of which lies the tennis court.

A pillared porch to the front door leads into a spacious entrance hall

A staircase leads up to the first floor with a cloakroom and toilet, there is a large living room area consisting of three piece suite, open fire, book cabinets, flat screen TV with UK channels, DVD and CD player. There is full use of internet in all of the villa. Large lamps adorn the room for softer lighting.

Living Area: The living room leads into a large dining area with a modern style dining suite seating six to eight people. Large French doors line the living and dining areas leading onto a large rounded balcony overlooking the tennis court and surrounding gardens. There are sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped consisting of large double fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, oven, hob with extractor, wine fridge, microwave, double sink unit and drainer, dishwasher and a window above the sink overlooking the back of the villa. The breakfast table is lined with benches and has a window overlooking the gardens. A door from here goes into the utility room with washing machine, storage and a sink unit.

From the ground floor entrance hall, steps lead down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each room has French doors leading to the villa grounds. All bedrooms lead to the breath taking mature gardens surrounding the villa.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, consisting of shower, toilet, and double sink unit with mirror. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes with a safe installed, chest of drawers, vanity unit and a large king size bed with bedside cabinets and lamps.

The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and french doors that lead to the garden and pool area.

There is a full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.

The third bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, fitted wardrobes and a tall chest of drawers.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds with bedside cabinets and lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and looks out on to the garden. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet, and hand basin with large mirrors.

Outside: To the left of the villa a gravel pathway leads to a large palm tree, beyond which is a Japanese style river complete with wooden bridge. Wooden sun loungers sit to one side. A little further on can be found a lawned area for the children  to play on. A paved and shaded terrace surrounds the area in front of the bedrooms with outside dining, built in BBQ and hammocks and large lounging sofas.
Steps lead down to the kidney shaped pool which overflows into a smaller pool below ideal for children to play and paddle in. In the main pool there is an artificial waterfall. To the left of the pool is a roofed bar complete with fridge, sink unit, storage, dining table, chairs and darts board.
The pool terrace has sun loungers and drinks tables. There are also toilet and shower facilities. To the right of the pool, steps lead up to a large sun terrace with straw shades and teak sun loungers, overlooking the Japanese river to the right.
Below the tennis courts  there can be found a pond with fish and a waterfall. Steps lead up to a quiet enclosed spot with iron bench.
