Villa Chardon is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa located just outside Praia da Luz, on the prestigious Upper Monte Lemos Estate.
When you go through the electric gates, there is a cobbled driveway leading up to the front door.
As you enter the hallway to your left is a small cloakroom and straight ahead leading off the hallway is the spacious lounge with flat screen TV & DVD player with Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Two sets of French windows lead out to the large balcony which looks onto the pool area and has absolutely stunning seaviews. There is a B.B.Q., a set of wooden table and chairs, for some "al fresco" dining. There is also a drink's fridge in the corner.
Back into the lounge and to your left is the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with an American style fridge / freezer, a big oven / cooker and there is a bar area with stools where you can sit for breakfast or enjoy a quick snack.
To the left of the kitchen is a door that leads into the little laundry room, where you will find a washing-machine, a sink unit, ironing board and a cupboard full of various kitchen appliances, from toastie machines to orange squeezers.
Back into the hallway once more and to your left, at the top of the stairs, is the very nicely decorated master bedroom with King size bed, again commanding  superb views of the sea. As you enter the room and to your left is the en-suite , very modern, shower room, which consists of a large, wooden-floored shower to the right, with various types of taps and jets.
Opposite the shower room is a walk-in dressing area with sliding-door fitted cupboards.
This is the only room in the villa with an air-conditioning unit.
Follow the wooden staircase down to the ground floor and immediately to your right you will find the first double bedroom, which has its own full en-suite bathroom. The French windows lead out onto the vast pool area.
Further down the hallway to the right is the second twin bedroom, this is a Zip and link bed so can be made into a double, with en-suite shower room. The French windows also lead out onto the pool area.
At the end of the corridor is the last twin bedroom, this bedroom also has its own private shower room and once again, French windows that lead out onto the pool area.
The pool area is extremely spacious and is equipped with sun loungers and chairs.
