Kitchen
The modern fitted kitchen offers everything you need with an oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery & glasses. A door leads to the utility area where you will find the washing machine and clothes airer. There is also a lovely breakfast area where you can sit overlooking the pool.
Lounge
The large, open plan living/dining area has 3 sofas, a dining table with 6 chairs, a TV with TeleClub (so you don't have to miss any UK TV!), a DVD player and WIFI. The patio doors lead out to the pool area.
Games Room
In the lower level of the villa you will find a large open plan games room with a full sized pool table, Table Tennis Table TV, Play Station 2 and a selection of games and books.
Accommodation Exterior
You will be able to capture sunshine all day on the Pool Terrace. There is ample patio furniture for everyone, from poolside sun loungers to the comfy outside rattan sofas & chairs for your cosy evening chats, or a dining table under the covered patio area for those tasty barbecues and all the al fresco dining experiences you can muster up. There is a portable barbecue.

Puerto Calero is an exclusive marina of 475 berths located in a sheltered bay. The marina which boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities. Car Hire Car hire is recommended to reach the tourist resorts and beaches.
