A third seating area upstairs with seating for 6 (sofa, two armchairs and two chairs with stools) provides a quiet reading and relaxation area, including TV with satellite linked to main system downstairs.    This has sliding doors to roof terracing again provide gorgeous sea views.

Accommodation Exterior
The beautiful outside terrace seating area boasts a stunning palm tree as its centre peice!  Heavy cane seating for 4 with coffee table and further alfresco dining seating for 4. Fixed parasol provided for additional shading.
The simply manicured gardens surround the pool and sun terrace with sunbeds to soak up the sun and a further fixed parasol for those who prefer the shade.
Next to the pool terrace is the spacious BBQ area with Canarian BBQ, sink and fridge to chill the beverage of your choice. Dining seating for 8 and relaxation seating for 4 provides the perfect setting to fully experience alfresco dining at its best. Blinds provided for further shade or shelter if required.
Outside lighting provided around both the seating terrace and BBQ area.  A table tennis table is provided for family fun.
