The kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, there is also a table to seat 4 people

The large, open plan living/dining area has 2 sofas, a 55" TV, DVD, WIFI and a dining table with 6 chairs. Window view looks out to the pool area.

Accommodation Exterior

Jessica has a charming outdoor area with plenty of places to enjoy al-fresco dining, sunbathing or simply relaxing.  A dining table under the pergola and a built in BBQ area for those tasty barbecues and all the outdoor dining experiences you can muster up. There is also a comfortable seating area with coffee table to admire the mature Canarian garden with it's light features to capture your imagination on those warm balmy nights. The tear drop shaped pool, which is electrically heated during the winter months, has Roman style steps for easy entry.

Good Accessibility. The accommodation is on the ground floor, and the light and airy rooms make it easy to move around.

Location

Villa Jessica is situated in the exclusive area of Los Mojones.  Only a 10 minute walk from the busy resort, which started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world. There is a long sandy beach where sun beds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the water taxi from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats and yachts. Activities include: Theme park, boat trips, deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf course, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis, sports centre, bike hire, shopping centre, spas and wellness centres, horse riding (in Macher village), whale museum (Puerto Calero) Water Park (Costa Teguise), Aeronautic museum (Airport).

Puerto Del Carmen Old Town

Around 15 minutes drive from the airport, Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist resort on the island and a town of extremes - with the quaint and peaceful Old Town area with its harbour-side restaurants on one hand and the purpose-built holiday area with its numerous restaurants, shops, bright lights and superb night-life on the other.

It really does have something for everyone. You can be close to the bright lights but away from the bustle.

In the evenings you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you will find everything from English breakfasts to Chinese restaurants.

Puerto del Carmen boasts over 3km of golden sand including Playa Blanca, Playa Grande, Playa de Matagorda and Playa de los Pocillos so those wanting a beach holiday will not be disappointed but all the main complexes have swimming pools so, beach-lover or not, you will be able to take advantage of Lanzarotes sunshine.

Puerto del Carmen is also a great base for those who wish to explore the island as it is situated half way between the resort of Playa Blanca on the south coast and the Mirador del Rio on the northern coast.
