The harbour, with it's traditional bars and restaurants is approximately a 10 minute stroll and the main resort with it's sandy beaches and modern night-life can also be easily reached. With the "clifftop" walk just yards away from the villa, taking you along the coastal route with fantastic views to the very popular marina of Puerto Calero. This spacious bungalow style villa is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished throughout, with plenty of light filtering through from the patio doors which lead you to the swimming pool area and covered terraces.
The entrance hall is filled with an abundance of natural sun light coming from the large sky light above the beautiful indoor garden situated at the heart of the villa and leads to the three bedrooms as well as the lounge/dining room, with it's two four seater sofas, coffee table, sky satellite TV (limited channels including BBC & ITV), DVD - patio doors leading to a large covered dining terrace over looking the pool; the dining area has an large pine dining table with 8 chairs, music system, and double patio doors to the BBQ area; modern fitted kitchen with white units, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, belfast double sink, washing machine,large island style breakfast bar with 4 stools, a large work surface and storage, the back door leads to an outside drying area:
