The new town with its long sandy beach is approximately 15 minutes walk away and the nearest shopping centre is only a 10 minute stroll. Entrance to the villa is through mature gardens with off street parking.

The oval 11m x 4m pool (electrically heated during the winter months) is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with cushioned sunbeds ideal for soaking up the sun. Gardens and a traditional lava rock wall surround the terraces.
