A beautifully bright and spacious villa located in the exclusive Los Mojones residential area.  Equipped with all the essentials, together with the added luxuries of jacuzzi/hot tub, electric pool cover, Wifi and air conditioned bedrooms it has everything necessary to make for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: King frame (twin beds made up as king) fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. Air conditioning unit with cooling/heating, as required and patio door  to sun terrace.  En suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (can be made up as King upon request), fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps.  Air conditioning unit with cooling/heating, as required and patio door to a small private sun terrace. En suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: King frame (twin beds made up as king), fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. Air conditioning unit with cooling/heating, as required and patio door leading to a small private sun terrace shared with Bedroom 4.  32in flat screen TV with DVD player.

Living Room
The entrance hall with its glass peaked atriam style ceiling leads to the spacious and bright living room with two twin leather sofas, 55" HD TV with Blueray DVD player (selection of DVDs) and music system, including an iPod docking system.  Internet TV system providing all Sky Channels, including BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc.  There is further separate seating for 4 and a desk for those who cannot leave work behind!  Patio doors lead to the pool and sun terrace. Wifi is provided at no additional cost.
An open plan design, an archway leads to the large dining area with seating for 8.  

Kitchen
The dining room in turn has an archway that leads into the fully fitted kitchen equipped with all usual appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, coffee and tea maker and blender etc, together with a water purification system (so no need for bottled water). There is air conditioning in the kitchen.  A door leads off to the utility area which has a washing machine, clothes line and a further fridge/freezer.

Accommodation Exterior

The 7.5m x 3.5m heated swimming pool is electrically heated (November to April inclusive) and solar heated May to October and has the added convenience of an electric pool cover and external shower.  The private sun and pool terrace has ample seating both in the shade and in the sun, including an L Shaped sofa and chairs for 8.  There is alfresco dining tables to accommodation a full house and a Canarian Stone BBQ for the chef in the family who can enjoy the sea views whilst cooking the steaks!
The added luxury of a 5 seater Hot Spring Jacuzzi completes the complete chill out experience that this villa has to offer.

The villa has a ramp to access main villa entrance.  There is one walk in shower.
