Bell Lloc enjoys a privileged location on a hill in the middle of nature; a peaceful area with open views of surrounding mountains. The house is only 2 minutes drive away to peak of the hill where the remains of the castle "Castell de Santueri" are. Ony 5 km. away is the inland town of Felanitx, where you can find shops, restaurants, cafeterias and visit the bustling market which takes place every Sunday. The tourist Cala D'Or with several sandy coves, it's seemingly never ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international yacht harbour is approx. 19km. away. The golf Golf course "Vall D'Or Golf" and the charming fishing port Porto Colom, with several sandy beaches and nice restaurants overlooking the sea is approx. 15 minutes drive away.

Bell Lloc is a beautiful, comfortable house of 250sqm. arranged in two floors. The house that is nicely furnished offers the traditional high ceilings with wooden beams in many rooms. From door there is direct access the open living/dining room with French doors opening on the covered terrace and pool area. There is a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen that is well equipped has a breakfast table and a larder. From the kitchen there is access to the garage where the washing machine and the dryer are. There is also a guest toilet. This floor has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with en suite shower-room. From the living room stairs go down to the lower floor where there are two double bedrooms -one with en suite bathroom and the other with en suite shower-room.

All the bedrooms have Satellite-Tv and beautiful views over the fruit garden at the back of the house. The bathrooms have under floor heating.

There is air conditioning cold/warm in the bedrooms and living/dinging room with a fixed and limited timetable (14.00h. - 16.00h. and 21.00h. - 08.00h.).

The outside is wonderful as it enjoys astonishing views of the mountains surrounding the house; the perfect place to enjoy a deep sense of peace and calmness. From here you can see the remains of the Castle "Santueri" in the distance and from the chill-out Sant Salvador sanctuary, located at the peak of the mountain at the far end. There is a covered terrace overlooking the pool with a fantastic barbecue area with a table, chairs, a brick built barbecue, a fridge and sink. There is also a comfortable chill-out area with fabulous views. The large pool with Roman steps (9m x 4m. Depth min. 1m. - max 1.90) is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable reclining sun beds; the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the long summery days. Table tennis for fun of all the family. The property is fully fenced and there is place to park a few cars.
