Esmeralda is a large Ibiza style villa that enjoys a great location as is set only 250m. away to the pretty sandy cove Cala Esmeralda and 600m. away to sandy cove Cala Gran. Cala D’Or centre is approx. 700m, it offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. Its exclusive marina with superb restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal looking at the yachts moored at the pier is 5 minutes drive. Here you can practice water sports or enjoy and excursion with a sailing boat or the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports or even the natural Park of Mondrago. The golf course “Vall D’Or Golf” is within 10 minutes drive.

Esmeralda is a large Ibiza style villa full of natural light. The villa is arranged on two independent floors, each with living/dining room and kitchen, which is perfect for large families or groups of friends.

From the hall we reach the spacious, luminous open living/dining room with a side door to the pool area. Here there is a table football - fun for children and adults. The compact kitchen that is well equipped has also access to the pool area. The ground floor has three double bedrooms - one of them with two single mattresses together- with access to the exterior. These bedrooms share a shower room and a bathroom.

From the garden external stair leads to the upper floor where we find a terrace with a pergola, a table and chairs. From here you can enjoy partial views of the sea. From this terrace we enter to the upper floor that offers an open living/dining room with partial sea views from the circular area. Small fully equipped kitchen. This floor offers three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms; one is a circular bedroom - two single mattresses together- that enjoys partial views of the sea, and the other double bedroom has en-suite compact shower-room and access to a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The last one is a twin bedroom. Separate shower room.

From the terrace stairs take you to the flat roof that has a chill-out area and wonderful open sea views. We advise not to allow children to access the flat roof. If they do they must be always supervised by parents.

The house offers air conditioning, with a fixed and limited timetable.

There is a spacious lawned garden at the front with a driveway to park two cars. The pool area is at the back of the villa. The pool with an original shape has Roman steps (size 7.5m., 4.7m. x 2.7m. Depth min. 0.70 m. max. 1.5m.). Outside close to the kitchen and by the pool there is a covered outside dining area to enjoy “al fresco” meals. Brick built barbecue. At the other end of the pool there is a pergola with a lovely and comfortable chill-out area; the perfect spot to relax during the long summery days. Utility room with washing machine.
