This beautiful detached villa has been recently furnished to a high standard throughout. The owners have included very stylish and upmarket furniture. The kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,sandwich maker, iron with board. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and a beautiful dining table and chairs that seats 8. This room also has satellite TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Channel 4 and channel 5 plus 2 sports channels, hi fi, dvd and video player with many films on offer plus an ipod docking station. The lounge offers 2 sets of patio doors that lead onto the large terrace. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. The main and 2nd bedrooms consists of a double bed and both have an en suite bath with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. There is also another shower room. There is a safe in the villa for you private use. Internet access is available upon request at additional 20 pounds per week, please prebook.
The 7.5 x 3.5 metre private heated pool has stylish roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a large terrace with 8 sunbeds with mattresses and a large pergola for shade with table and chairs for 8, also a large BBQ and outside shower is there for your enjoyment. The terrace is totaly private and is not over looked. There are splendid views of mountains from this terrace. The owners live within 2 minutes and are on hand for any matters that may arise. This villa is regarded as one of the best in the area, therefore an early booking is recommended.

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of southern resort of callao salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. This villa is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc There is a small friendly french bakers just a 100 metres away that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The resort is a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
