This villa which resembles a traditional townhouse is on 3 levels and has air conditioning in most rooms. 1st floor consists of 3 double bedrooms all with en suites. Bedroom 1 has a king size and single bed the en suite consists of a bath with shower attachment. Bedroom 2 has double bed with en suite shower cubicle,  bedroom 3 has double bed, balcony overlooking the terrace and en suite with shower cubicle. The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge, microwave, table and chairs for 4, also on this level is another double bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with attached shower, utility room with washing machine and plenty of storage. The large split level lounge/diner which consists of a table and chairs for 6, sofas and chairs seating 8/10 guests plus french doors leading to the private terrace, the TV offers BBC1, BBC2 ITV, Channel4 and Channel 5 plus 2 movie channels and DVD. On basement level is bedroom 5 with 2 single beds (another single bed can be added for larger parties). Also on this level is a shower room and games room with a pool table and dart board (games are free of charge). There is also another separate area/ bedroom 6 with 2 twin beds on this level but is not fully private. This villa also has private parking.

The exterior of the property has gated pool  approx 3 x 4 metre and about a metre deep and hot tub for your private use. There is a table and chairs seating 8 guests plus a selection of sunbeds and recliners. The large BBQ is also included for your use

The large communal pool is there for your use. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. Also there is a number of sun loungers for your free use.. 

LOCATION

 The villa is situated on the very popular complex, which is based in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 metres from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet.
