Our lovely apartments are within the Garden City complex, or Ciudad Jardin as it is known in Spanish, which consists of approximately 300 apartments in all.

Situated on the edge of Playa de Las Americas in the San Eugenio area of Tenerife, Garden City is ideally placed near to shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop and of course the beach. Siam Park, Europe's largest waterpark is a stone's throw away and Puerto Colon Marina is just a short walk from the complex.

Studio apartments

Suitable for two people. The apartment has a balcony, living / sleeping area with twin beds. One bedroom apartments

Suitable for 4 people. The apartment has a balcony, living room with American style kitchen which includes oven / hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. A bedroom with two single beds. The sofa in the living room makes up into a double bed. Ceiling fans. TV with most UK channels. Telephone for internal / external use. Weekly maid service.The bathroom has a shower / bath combination as standard, with bidet and W.C.

Two bedroom apartments

Suitable for 6 people. The apartment has a balcony, living room with American style kitchen which includes oven / hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. Ceiling fans. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room makes up into a double bed. TV with most UK channels. Telephone for internal / external use. Weekly maid service. The bathroom has a shower / bath combination as standard with bidet and W.C. The second bathroom has a shower and wash basin.

Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded other than an infant under the age of two years. Cots and highchairs are available on request.

Resort Facilities

Reception is open 24 hours. You can arrange safe rental, WiFi, car hire, money exchange, bus timetables etc.

Our Receptionists all have fantastic local knowledge, so if you are looking for activities such as scuba diving, quad bikes or water parks they will be happy to arrange if for you. They also know the best restaurants that you wouldn't find on your own.

For your convenience there are washing machines and dryers located in Reception.

Should you have an early arrival or late departure there is a lounge area with a book swap, TV, computer and shower facilities plus a luggage room to store your cases.

There are two swimming pools, the main one being heated and is suitable for children and adults alike. Our qualified Lifeguard is poolside to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone in the water.

The second pool is situated at the rear of the Resort in a quiet and relaxed location. Sun beds and parasols are available at both pools with no charge.

Gym available to residents and non-residents alike with a fully qualified instructor.

The Pool Bar is newly refurbished and has several flat screen TVs showing live sports events, etc. Food is served from 9am through to 9pm.

There is a Mini-market on site selling fresh bread, newspapers and many British products. There is also a large supermarket in the San Eugenio shopping complex which is a five minute walk away.
