    Just a quick message from myself
    and my wife Anne, now that we are back home, for your perfect arrangements for our week’s holiday in Tenerife. The Royal Gardens apartment was excellent, and your help in staying on for an extra couple of hours on our travel day home was greatly appreciated.
    Keith Rudman, our long-standing friend, made our stay so enjoyable, too, and it has whetted our appetite for a possible return in the future.

    Hi Alex , Just a few words after our holiday.We had a great holiday in Tenerife, lovely apartment in a beautiful complex, very well equipped with everything you could need on a holiday.This was our first time in a privately owned apartment and everything ran so smoothly no problems at all in a great position we would definitely recommend, if you could pass on our thanks for the late check out it was brilliant.Thanks for your help it was a pleasure dealing with you and we will be in touch very soon about booking somewhere for next year.

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for finding us another great apartment. We have to compliment the owners on such a well laid out apartment and a lovely complex. Again, it was very suitable for my parents as it was level with reception area.

    I am just wondering would it be possible to have a late check out on Friday? Our flight is not until 9pm, so we would really appreciate if we were able to stay later than 10am if possible.

    We will leave the apartment as we got it and we can take the bins out etc.

    I would be grateful if you could check with the owners please and let us know.
