    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for finding us another great apartment. We have to compliment the owners on such a well laid out apartment and a lovely complex. Again, it was very suitable for my parents as it was level with reception area.

    I am just wondering would it be possible to have a late check out on Friday? Our flight is not until 9pm, so we would really appreciate if we were able to stay later than 10am if possible.

    We will leave the apartment as we got it and we can take the bins out etc.

    I would be grateful if you could check with the owners please and let us know.

    Hi Alex, we have had a lovely holiday & are heading home today. The complex have asked that we vacate our apartment before 10am as others coming in today & have been kind enough to let us keep use of apartment D01 Paul's apartment. Unfortunately when we went to plug in kettle this morning it exploded. Luckily no one was hurt but kettle needs replacing. There had been only one socket working in the kitchen (one kettle was plugged in) so I'm not sure if any are working now & didn't want to try it. Just to let you know for new people coming in.     Just a quick note to say we really enjoyed our Tenerife break and the apartment was spot on , it's nice to see it was someones "home" with nice little touches like cushions for the balcony lounges etc'
    All I would say is for the less physically able people the access to the duplex bedroom would be a challenge ,especially getting suit cases up the stairs, but as I say it was great for our needs , and hopefully we will return
