    We were very pleased with your service regarding our stay at Parco Santiago IV at Playa de las Americas last winter. We had a fantastic three weeks!
    This time my wife and I are planning for two weeks from Tuesday January 14 to Tuesday January 28.
    We were very pleased with the apartment we had, and if possible would prefer that. But if not avialble, perhaps you have something else to offer us?
    Our order of preference is Santiago IV, III and II.
    Can you help us this time?

    Having a great time & the appartment is fantastic but only slight doubt is Saturdays time to vacate the room. We have a late flight & would really like to use the appartment up to 1pm if possible.

    This will let us have a good end to the holiday & let us shower/change before heading off for lunch & then the airport

    We are realy having a nice time here in Tenerife. We would like to come back for 4 weeks in spring. We think from 30/3-27/4. Do you think that is possible? Now We have heard that they are going to sell this place.
    If that is correct, do you know any other apartment in Royal Garden that We can rent?

    I finally got round to reviewing the holiday apartment we booked with you. We absolutely loved the apartment, it was very clean and modern and the balcony was huge with great views. The complex and location were superb and we are looking to go back there early next year. We could only find one down side and that was the second bedroom up in the roof space had no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot. All in all though a great time was had by all. Thanks for your help in finding this holiday for us.
