    A word of praise for management services in Tenerife.
    On Sunday last week I had an accident. I was sat on the veranda when the chair legs snapped. As I went down onto the floor I kicked the table and smashed 2 coffee cups.
    I rang management on Monday morning to confirm my pick up the next day and also to report a broken chair and 2 coffee cups.
    The concern shown to me was very good. No questions at all about the damage just concern for me.
    I’ve had both knees replaced in the last 2 years so I was very lucky that no harm was done But here is where the praise comes in. At 4.45 that same day there was a knock on the door and a man standing there with a new chair and 2 new coffee cups.
    That’s service.

    Firstly I would like to thank you for your help when we were on holidays in Tenerife, we had a great holiday and the apartment was great too, I know I maybe early but I like to be organised. Would it be possible to check availability for next summer from the 26th June 2019 (Wednesday) until Saturday 6th July 2019 10 nights in total.

    Hi Alex,

    Sorry I meant to email as soon as we got back but didn't seem to get time.

    We had a great time in Lanzarote, Villa was superb, very clean, spacious and quiet. All went to plan re key code and transfers. Kids loved having their own pool and not having to fight for a sun bed was good! Would definitely recommend no 15 to anyone and would go again.

    Just a short note to thank you for all your help with arranging our Tenerife accommodation.

    The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and had everything you would need in a home, far less a holiday apartment! The balcony was just unbelievable!

    Wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.

    everything ran smoothly and to thank you, once again, for your help with the apartment booking and sorting out the keys for the safe.
    I am thinking of going to Malta later this year and was wondering if you had any apartments to rent out there. No firm dates yet but just thought you might have contacts out there!
