    Slightly warmer out here – hope you are all well and ready for the ensuing festivities?

    You chose well for us, thank you – it is an excellent apartment, well-appointed and ideally located.

    Just a couple of items that you need for your own records to correctly advise others that may follow in our wake – and I expressly state that this is NOT a complaint, as I could well have misread your notes on what and what was not available – I have a habit of not reading the small print! The towels and bedding have been changed twice in the past week, but no one had undertaken any cleaning – that in itself is no real issue to us – it’s easy to sweep and mop etc, but it may not be so easy for other visitors. The second issue – WiFi – for whatever reason I understood that there was free WiFi on the site, only to find that I have had to contribute to a local provider - 4 devices x 15 Euro per week each, only then to be told that apartment 130 receives a very weak signal – so weak in fact that it does not exit – I have to stand in the middle of the complex to use the appliances – not good when I am conducting serious and professional business and there are people all around. Then yesterday, as I am using the laptop, a resident stops for a chat and states ‘yes the Residents system is not brilliant, but it is useable.’ I then explained that I had parted with hard cash to connect to a private provider. Exclamation ‘the residents have their own system, all apartments are connected – why have you not been given the pass-code?’ I could not provide the answer.

    As I have stated Alex, this is NOT a complaint, merely an observation.

    My husband and I had a very nice holiday at Santiago Qattro the last fortnight of November
    and want to thank you for arranging everything so well.
    The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped -and situated. We could enjoy the view and have easy acsess
    to the pool and even to the beach.
    Weather was good during our stay except for two rather stormy days in the end.

    I hope everything was all right (keys and bed tickets) by our leaving!

    Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the apartment. Would definitely consider staying there again.

    Only one suggestion would be a linen change mid way through the week.

    One of the patio chairs had a split in the seat which we found when we first sat on it so that made it unusable but the other 2 were fine - we left the broken one on top of the sunbed and have left a note in the apartment just in case anyone has gone in after us.

    I just wanted to drop you a note to say "Thank You" for all your help with our holiday to Tenerife at the start of this month.

    The apartment was amazing - from the location, cleanliness, comfort, well equipped kitchen, and what can I say about the balcony!! Just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by with that fabulous view was idyllic!

    When my husband and I go on holiday, we tend to try different places and stay in different apartments, but I have to say, that I would love to go back to this apartment! Can you please pass on my sincere thanks to the owner who rented us the apartment and let them know how much we enjoyed it.

    I also want to express my thanks to yourself for the help you gave us in firstly finding the apartment and then dealing with all my enquiries and the problem with the safe when we arrived. It's not often you get the excellent service you provided and it was a pleasure dealing with you.

    I've just checked to see if the flights are available for next year at the same time, but unfortunately they're not, as we'd be keen to return if we can get the flights at a reasonable price. Do you know if the apartment is available from say the 1st or 2nd April 2016 for 2 weeks, and what the cost would be? I can't give definitive dates as the flights aren't available, but it would probably be 1st to 15th April or 2nd to 16th April.

    First to apologise for not being in touch sooner, just had loads on since we got home.

    We want to say how happy we was with the apartment in Santiago Parque 1 it was well equipped with everything that we needed, and the position of it was brill, so would you pass on our thanks and appreciation to the owners please, we did fill in the visitors book and and made our appreciation known, but we wanted them to know how much we enjoyed it.

    When we book again we will be looking to see what dates you have

    Further to our recent correspondence, I would like to say we had a great holiday in Monte Carvoeiro back in June and thank you for your help in finding some accommodation for us.

    We are thinking of returning to Monte Carvoeiro in September, do you have any of the one bedroom apartments available to rent for one week, I ideally want to be there on Saturday 19th as it is our wedding anniversary, therefore I would ideally like to go mid-week to mid-week, if there is availability can you please confirm the price?

    I look forward to hearing from you, we can be flexible as my wife is off work for two weeks, she finishes on Friday 11th and returns on Tuesday 29th.
